Stability is the 2nd in a 4 part series of Yoga for Runners. You don’t have to come to all 4 – just attend what class dates work for you. In the Stability session for Runners, you will learn how stability and strengthening exercises, specific to the runner, will help you keep your body moving efficiently and maintain great running technique. Being able to hold great running form and technique throughout your training and your races will keep you injury free and give you the ability to run faster and farther with less work!
